Polyus Gold Mining Company has acquired a 5,61% stake of its subsidiary, OJSC “Lenzoloto” at the open auction. The stake earlier was owned by OJSC “Atomredmetzoloto”.
The Company has won the auction to acquire 83 500 of ordinary shares of “Lenzoloto” for 76,8 million Russian rubles.
As a result of the acquisition Polyus Group becomes an owner of 62,57% shares of its subsidiary, OJSC “Lenzoloto”.
